All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, in “as new” and re-saleable condition. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used products, special orders or customized merchandise.

Returns
There is NO restocking fee whether you return for credit or return for exchange. Be sure to keep your shipping receipt until credit is issued, as ScoreStix Inc. reserves the right to require proof of delivery of the return shipment prior to issuing any credit. We will process your refund, minus the freight, within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. When returning an item we recommend you use either Fedex Ground or UPS Ground so that you get a tracking number with your shipment.

Refusal of Package
If parcels are refused, original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.
